Enrico Roman Inc. is a family owned and operated 3rd generation general contracting company providing quality and cost effective construction solutions for Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Residential projects in the Greater Delaware Valley.
The company was founded in 1953 when Enrico Roman emigrated here from Italy. Enrico’s son, Al Roman, incorporated the company and expanded the company into commercial and public works projects. Today Pete and Andy Roman, Al’s sons with combined experience of 75 years, operate the company and are actively involved in each project from inception to completion.
We have a long standing safety program in place which is implemented on each of our project sites. We strive to satisfy all of our clients’ needs and expectations with our service.
Pete Roman brings 40 plus years of construction experience, graduating from Temple University with degrees in Civil Engineering and Building Construction. Joining Enrico Roman in 1989 under Al Roman's presidency, he advanced through various roles before assuming ownership and presidency in 2005. Pete's contributions extend beyond our company, serving on the boards of Colonial American Bank and Peter Wentz Farmstead Society. His philanthropic efforts include coaching High School Varsity Golf, assisting at the Missionary Sisters of Charity in providing meals for underprivileged individuals and a garden committee member at Visitation BVM parish in East Norriton PA Norristown, PA.
Andy has been in the construction business for 35 years. He graduated Wentworth Institute of Technology earning dual BS degrees in Construction Management and Engineering Technology. Andy joined Enrico Roman in 1997. He currently holds the position of Vice President.
We offer new construction, renovation and tenant build out, LEED projects, building modernization, repairs and building maintenance, sub-contractor selection, job site supervision, project management and scheduling.
We can provide architect and engineer partnering, Fast Track design and construction scheduling, building code compliance, construction approval process, and turnkey building/design services.
We can provide feasibility studies, project cost estimations, plan reviews, value engineering analysis, scheduling analysis, and permit procurement.
